You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site:

Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made using the available payment methods at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspicion of fraud or unauthorized transactions
Shipping & Delivery
Please read the following carefully as it forms part of the contract between you (the buyer) and us (the seller) upon purchase of the item.
Delivery is available to the United Kingdom Mainland only and excludes certain areas. Please refer to our Delivery Map below.
If you are uncertain, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery is free within our Green Zones.
Delivery outside our Green Zones will incur an additional charge payable to the courier service.
If you are in an Orange Zone, you will be asked to pay an additional charge to the courier team. Please contact us beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We do not cover Red Zone areas. Please check the delivery map before placing your order.
You are responsible for ensuring clear access to your property and confirming that items can fit through all doorways and openings. If items cannot fit, they will be left at the doorstep. Please check all items for damage before signing for delivery. Damage reported after delivery is not covered.
Delivery is to your doorstep on ground level only. We are not insured to instruct the courier team to take items inside. If you ask them to do so, it is at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for any damage caused.
Additional Delivery Details:
• Our drivers will bring your sofa into your ground floor.
• We offer a £30 sofa assembly service for added convenience.
• A £10 per floor charge applies for delivery beyond ground level.
• Ensure the area is clear and all obstacles are removed before delivery.
• Any damage must be reported while the delivery team is still present. Damage reported after departure is not covered.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We have a 14-day return policy. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, our courier team will collect the item from the original delivery address. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
A refund is issued only after the item has been collected, returned, and inspected.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at sales@sofadealers.digicrafters.co.uk.
If items are returned in a condition different from how they were delivered, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund if the item is not repairable or resalable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is the property of Sofa Dealers or its content suppliers. It is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Sofa Dealers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased.
